We ship only to destinations that are available at checkout.
Shipping availability depends on carrier coverage, customs requirements, product restrictions, import regulations, and destination eligibility.
Where Delivered Duties Paid shipping is offered and confirmed for an order, applicable import duties and taxes are included or handled through our shipping arrangement.
Additional charges may still arise where they result from incorrect customer information, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, unauthorized address changes, exceptional customs requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We do not falsify product descriptions, product values, country of origin, customs information, or commercial documents.
8. Discreet Packaging
Orders are normally shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging without explicit product images or adult-product wording.
A neutral sender name may be used where permitted.
Shipping documents and customs declarations will contain accurate information as required by law, customs authorities, and the carrier.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from fraud or other legally non-excludable conduct.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FOCI INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED, Bound by Luna, and their officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

The version published on our website at the time of your order generally applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers should contact us by email so that both parties can attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to the customer, unresolved disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Hong Kong.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right that a consumer has under applicable local law.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
